Minnetonka Center for the Arts will welcome spring with two exhibits opening Saturday, April 14, at the center, 2240 N. Shore Drive, Wayzata.
Some of the Midwest’s finest watercolor artists will exhibit their work in “Spring Contrasts,” an exhibition from the Minnesota Watercolor Society. The show will feature works selected by Juror Leslie Wilson of Walnut Creek, California, with award selections by John Salminen of Duluth.
Concurrent with the watercolor show, students of artist/instructor Suzanne Galloway will display their latest works depicting flowers and foliage in a variety of media.
Opening previews for both events will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 13.
Both shows will run through Friday, May 11.
