- Professional Watercolor Paints. Not student grade.
- Winsor Newton, Utrech, Daniel Smith, etc.
- Colors:
- Warm red (Scarlet Lake or Cadmium Red)
- Cool Red (Quinochrodine Rose/Pink or Permanent Alizarin Crimson)
- Warm Blue (Creulean Blue or French Ultramarine)
- Cool Blue (Colbalt)
- Warm Yellow (Aureolin or Cadmium Yellow)
- Cool Yellow (Lemon or Hansa)
- Purple (Ultramarine Violet)
- Feel free to bring other colors you may have as well.
- Brushes
- Raphael 8404 #2 or #3 or Kalinski Sable #2 or #3 or Winsor Newton Series 7 #2 or #3
- Paper towels
- Tracing paper
- Graphite Pencils – 2H, HB, 2B
- Pencil Sharpener
- Erasers – grey kneaded, white plastic
- 15-inch metal ruler
- Magnifying Glass
- Artists low tack tape
- Porcelain watercolor palettes for mixing colors or a porcelain plate
- Two clean cottage cheese type containers for water
- Sturdy Masonite board or Plexiglas to use as a painting surface. Appx. 18″ x 24″
- Sketch pad
- Portable light if you have one
