INTAKE: Thursday, May 28, 6 – 8 pm and Friday, May 29, 9 am – 12 pm (entry times are FIRM)
– No pre-registration required; simply bring your work to the gallery to enter
– Enter up to 2 pieces; 1 per series class or workshop taken (a class taken repeatedly counts for 1 entry)
– Work can be for sale or NFS
– Open to students 16 and older who have taken a class at MCFTA since January 2024
– Entry times are FIRM; if you cannot deliver your work during the entry times, fill out your exhibit contract in advance and ask a fellow student of friend to lend a hand
OPENING RECEPTION: Thursday, June 4, 6 – 8 pm
– Bring a potluck dish to share with your fellow artists
PURPOSE: This show illustrates the creativity, skill and inspiration that unfold in our studios every day. Exhibiting in a professional gallery setting is an important part of the artistic learning process, and this show reminds us of the power, potential and importance of the visual arts in our lives. Come see what attracts people to our studios and keeps them coming back. It might even help you find the perfect class for your own artistic journey!
